Sylwia Kwietniewska-Włosek has extensive experience in IT solutions and project management, currently serving as the Kierownik Działu Rozwoju Systemów Informatycznych i Aplikacji Biznesowych at EmiTel since February 2017. Prior to this role, Sylwia was a Project Manager at XPLUS, working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, and held various positions at Avon Cosmetics Polska from 1999 to 2015, culminating in the role of IT Business Solutions Manager, overseeing a team of Business Analysts and Developers. Sylwia's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
