Cátia Viana Patrício is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Senior Team Lead People Operations at Emma – The Sleep Company since January 2022. Cátia has held various leadership roles within the company, including Global People Operations Team Lead, Team Leader People Partners, and People Operations Manager. Prior to Emma, Cátia worked as People & Culture Manager at EatTasty and held multiple positions at BIZAY, including Recruitment Team Leader and HR Analyst. Cátia's early career included roles at Grupo Multipessoal as HR Consultant - Recruitment & Selection and at AC Consulting Lda as HR Consultant. Cátia began in HR with an internship at PRIME SYSTEMS RH, focusing on career coaching and psychometric evaluations.
