Vandana Saraswat is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and configuration management. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Enable Professional Services since September 2021, Vandana previously held significant roles at RMIT University, including Senior Manager of Service Management, where oversight of a 14-member team and the management of ITSM processes were key responsibilities. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Vandana has worked in various capacities at organizations such as Transurban, VicTrack, Datacom, Hospira, Mayne Pharma, eBI Solutions, Citibank, and Steel Authority of India Limited. Educationally, Vandana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from Govt Engineering College, Raipur.
