While serving as one of the research engineers in the Intel Santa Clara inter-connection R&D team, he developed all lithography processes for Intel's C4, TAB, and MCM technologies. During 14 years with Intel, he received the highest Intel Achievement Award (IAA) and 9 California Technology Manufacturing Division (CTM) Achievement Awards.
