Santiago Pohl is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist at Encantado Technical Solutions, Santiago has previously held positions as a Technical Support Agent at HP and a Corporate Service Desk Agent at Leidos, providing Tier 1 support for desktop issues. Additional experience includes roles as a Food Service Worker at Lovelace Health System, Election Support I/II at Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections, and an Alarm Specialist at Alarm Communications, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Santiago also possesses multiple IT certifications from Intellitec College and a GED obtained from CNM Workforce Center.

Edgewater and ECS have established an SBA approved Mentor Protégé Agreement. This agreement is based on a long history and relationship between Edgewater and ECS leadership. The relationship is based on mutual trust and the true spirit of SBA’s Mentor Protégé Program. ECS (the mentor) has invested in Edgewater’s (protégé) growth including sharing best practices and tools for accounting, proposal management, and business development. Individual members of ECS have taken time to mentor members of the Edgewater team. Since the development of the agreement, Edgewater has reorganized our business development team, processes and procedures. Edgewater and ECS have worked together to align business development pipelines and are continuing to invest in the relationship for the future.
