Jeff Seidling is a Senior Scientist at Encapsys, starting in June 2021, with expertise in creating and optimizing microcapsule formulations, particularly in fragrance and agricultural core materials. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at Kimberly-Clark, where Jeff progressed from Co-Op to Senior Scientist, focusing on formulating and commercially scaling various consumer products, including wet wipes and sunscreens. Additionally, Jeff worked part-time as a Brewer at Lion's Tail Brewery and held a role as Full Account Manager for Inside Sales at CONVERGYS CORP. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley.
