Jenny Tanko is a Senior R&D Technician at Encapsys since September 2020, specializing in microencapsulation. Prior to this role, Jenny was a Laboratory Analyst at Ortho Molecular Products from April 2019 to May 2020 and completed a Food Safety and QA internship at Monogram Foods from May 2018 to September 2018, focusing on food safety and quality assurance. In addition, Jenny interned in R&D at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc from May 2017 to August 2017, where research involved analyzing bean seeds for product yield. Jenny holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned in 2019.
