Encompass Community Services
Kim leads all finance, payroll and accounting activities across the agency and oversees the properties and maintenance teams that manage Encompass’s more than 30 facilities.
Kim Morrison joined Encompass in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. She brings extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, forecasting, analysis and information systems. She was most recently at Monterey Peninsula Horticulture, with previous positions at Monterey Mushrooms and Sprint Nextel. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
