Othello German-Bey

Othello German-Bey is an experienced professional in broadcast operations, currently serving as Manager of Channel Operations at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. since December 2011. In this role, Othello effectively oversees a team of over 10 Broadcast Coordinators and LIVE MCOs, ensuring the monitoring and maintenance of various on-air networks including Sony Domestic, FM Networks, and WWE, among others. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Manager of Technical Operations at Crawford Communications, where Othello managed video and audio integrity for multiple networks, and several roles at MTV Networks, including Ingest Operator and Master Control Operator. Othello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry and Technology from Mercy University.
