Josh Snider

Josh Snider is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry and natural resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Specialist and Water Resource Superintendent at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP since March 2021, Josh has extensive experience in production planning and Lean Manufacturing from a previous role at Standard Industrial Manufacturing. Prior experience includes serving as a Measurement Technician at ONEOK, contributing to the construction of compressor stations and natural gas pipelines, and working as a Surface Landman at Clayton Williams Energy, Inc., where negotiations and regulatory compliance were key responsibilities. Earlier, Josh gained managerial skills as a Ranch Manager at Mitchell Ranches, overseeing significant acreage and livestock operations. Josh holds a degree in Rangeland Ecology and Management with a focus on Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University.
