Other notable positions encompass roles at Shell, Huawei Technologies, Capgemini, and Infosys, contributing to projects involving process improvements, stakeholder management, and defect reduction. Shweta holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University, complemented by certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL, and scrum methodologies.
