Matt Bates has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Manager of Development for Unscripted Original Series at Endemol Shine North America since April 2018. Prior roles at Endemol Shine included Coordinator positions in both Development and Current Programming. Before that, Matt worked at Thinkfactory Media as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Creative Affairs and Second Assistant to the CEO. Early career experiences include development internships at Warner Bros. Studios and The Walt Disney Company, as well as roles in hospitality and film production. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Producing with a Minor in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona.
