Andrej Mangelsdorf

Andrej Mangelsdorf is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Abteilungsleiter SPS at Endress+Hauser Gruppe since September 2023. Previously, Andrej held the position of Head of Manufacturing at First Sensor from October 2020 to September 2023, and Project Manager at Norsk Hydro from October 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included advanced operational excellence development, project management, and lean manufacturing practices. Andrej's expertise also encompasses roles at Sapa as I&T PT Research Engineer, Ford-Werke GmbH as Project Engineer Welding & Joining, and academic experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University. Andrej holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Produktionstechnik from Technische Universität Dresden, attained in 2008.
