Sharyn Scriven

Sharyn Scriven is currently the Chief Information Officer at Energy Queensland, overseeing a $12 billion capital and operating investment portfolio while ensuring network risk management and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sharyn serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair for Dream Big Australia, focusing on empowering young women in STEAM careers. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Energex, including Group Manager Metering and Acting Executive General Manager Asset Management, Sharyn has managed significant teams and revenue streams in competitive environments. Prior experience includes General Manager of National Works Programming at Telstra, where Sharyn directed an $800 million capital program. Sharyn also owned a consultancy providing project management and training services. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of South Australia and MCIPS certification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
