Tim Thornton currently serves as the Manager of Field Operations Training at Énergie NB Power, having commenced this role in January 2024. Prior to this position, Tim was a Customer Success Specialist at Kognitiv Spark from May 2022 to January 2024. Tim's extensive career also includes experience as a Project Coordinator and IT/IS Manager at Phoenix Petroleum Ltd. for nearly a decade, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination for oil and fueling projects, IT support, and workflow improvement. Earlier roles include teaching at Minto Memorial High School, providing EMT paramedic services at Minto Ambulance Service Ltd., and working as a machinist at Gaddess Industrial. Tim holds a Bachelor of Education in Technology from the University of New Brunswick and has pursued further education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Phoenix, along with obtaining a Red Seal Inter-Provincial licensure as a machinist.
