Joseph A. Werner

Joseph A. Werner is an experienced professional in customer success and project operations, currently serving as an Account Manager at Energy CX since May 2024. Previously, Joseph contributed to Cortex Sustainability Intelligence as a Customer Success Manager and worked at BlocPower focusing on equitable electrification of residential low-to-moderate-income properties. Joseph has also held positions in sales and partnership development at Carbon Lighthouse, which specializes in energy efficiency solutions, and managed utility efficiency programs at Waypoint Energy. Joseph began a career in sustainability and energy management through various internships, including roles at the University of Michigan’s Planet Blue initiative and the Midwest Energy Research Consortium. Joseph holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Sustainability from the University of Michigan.
