Matt Hostetler

Matt Hostetler is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in leadership positions across notable organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Energy Recovery, Inc., previous roles include Chief People Officer at Sientra, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at both Kite Pharma and Gilead Sciences. Matt's earlier career at Amgen encompassed various senior HR roles, including Executive Director, Director of Employee Relations, and Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Matt holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
