Patrick Flavin holds the position of Group Senior Vice President of Measurement. His responsibilities include overseeing the accurate measurement and quality determination of all commodities gathered, processed, and transported by the Partnership’s various assets. Additionally, he is responsible for the field telecommunications operation and associated infrastructure for Energy Transfer. Mr. Flavin joined the Partnership with over 25 years of measurement and telecommunications experience with the acquisition of Houston Pipeline Company, an AEP subsidiary, by Energy Transfer in 2005.
