Prior to joining EnerSys, Colleen worked at Windstream Communications from August 1989 to January 2010, where responsibilities included supervising customer service operations and serving as a Customer Service Representative. Colleen began their career as a Lead Clerk at Penske Truck Leasing, managing warranty claims and software enhancements. Colleen holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Reading Area Community College and attended the Pace Institute.
