Patrice Baumann has a strong background in operations, supply chain, and logistics. They started their career as a Plant Manager at Schaeffler in 2002 and went on to hold various leadership roles, including General Manager and Product Line Director. In 2007, they joined Pentair as Vice President of Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple plants and distribution centers. During their time at Pentair, they also served as Vice President of Global Operations, Vice President of Operations for EMEA & APAC, and Senior Director of Operations for EMEA. In 2018, Patrice Baumann joined nVent as Vice President of Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics for a brief period before transitioning to their current role as Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer at EnerSys.
Patrice Baumann earned a DUT in Génie mécanique et productique from IUT de Mulhouse, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Following this, they attended ENSAIS Strasbourg from 1992 to 1995, earning a degree in Ingénieur en génie mécanique with a specialization in Ingénierie de production.
