Allison Chavez

Allison Chavez, PHR, currently serves as the Global Head of Benefits at Enfusion since January 2022. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions at Exos, advancing from Director to VP of Benefits & Payroll between July 2017 and February 2022. From February 2012 to July 2017, Allison was the Head of Benefits at KCG Holdings, Inc., following earlier roles as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst and Payroll Analyst. Allison's career began at Trading Technologies as Payroll/HRIS Manager and Human Resources Generalist from May 2006 to January 2012. Allison's experience also includes working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Hewitt Associates from May 2001 to September 2002. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bradley University between 1997 and 2001.
