Sam Richardson has worked in multiple roles and companies throughout their career. In 2014, they began working as a Technician at Botnay Bay Computer, where they stayed until 2017. From March to July 2017, Sam worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Treeno Software. In December 2017, they joined Radianse as a Technical Support and Sales employee and remained there until November 2020. Since November 2020, Sam has been employed at Engageware, initially as a Technical Service Engineer and later transitioning to a Software Engineer role in April 2023.

Sam Richardson has obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Great Bay Community College, which was completed between 2014 and 2017. Currently, Sam is pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University, starting in 2022.
