Eva van de Perre

Eva Van de Perre serves as the Business Transformation Manager at ENGIE, overseeing the restructuring and transformation of services within Retail B2C across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands since September 2011. Previous roles include Corporate M&A Manager, where significant M&A transactions were executed to drive the Group's strategic initiatives, and Chief of Staff to the Group Executive Vice President, focusing on nuclear and thermal power generation and energy markets. Eva also worked as a Financial Advisor for various regions, with expertise in renewable energy project financing, including notable projects such as the financing of three renewable energy portfolios and the acquisition of a stake in Tabreed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and additional studies in global project finance and commerce from Aarhus University and Queen's University, respectively.
