Libby Spencer is an experienced operations and event manager with a proven track record in venue hire and commercial events, currently serving as Operations Manager Venue Hire at English Heritage since April 2019. Prior to this role, Libby held various positions, including Senior Event Manager/Account Director at Brand and Deliver and Stage/Venue Manager at Block 9. Additional experience includes producing significant events for UEFA, Samsung Mobile, and London 2012, where Libby managed the Olympic torch relay. Libby also contributed to the education sector as a Visiting Lecturer in Stage Management at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Production from the same institution, completed in 2008.
