Marianna Guarnieri

Marianna Guarnieri currently serves as the Head of Credit Management and Head of Customer Relationship Management at Plenitude since March 2022. Prior to this role, Marianna was with Eni gas e luce Spa from November 2015 to July 2024, where responsibilities included Head of Customer and Relationship Management B2C and Credit Manager Retail B2C, focusing on credit collection and dispute management. Marianna's earlier experience includes serving as Credit Collection Manager at E.ON from November 2011 to November 2015 and as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services from September 2005 to November 2011, specializing in business process reengineering. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in General Management from SDA Bocconi (2017-2018) and a degree from Università Bocconi (2000-2005).
