Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is the Chief Global Delivery Officer at Enlighten Operational Excellence, with a career spanning over two decades in operational management and consulting. Since September 2004, Jeff has held multiple roles within Enlighten, including Chief Lead Engagements APAC, Consultant, Program Manager, and Executive Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Trioce Consulting from October 2010 to June 2021 and as Management Systems Leader at AMP from January 1998 to August 2004, where Jeff focused on improving operational efficiency. Jeff also has experience in retail customer service management, overseeing a large team across multiple sites. Educational credentials include a Master of Business from Charles Sturt University, a Graduate Certificate in Management from AGMC, and a Diploma in Insurance from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
