Rose Climaco-Bardelas

Rose Climaco-Bardelas has been with ENMAX since 2005, currently serving as Manager Project Cost Controls and Estimation and Senior Manager, Business Controls. In these leadership roles, Rose develops collaborative advisory relationships with business unit (BU) leaders, enhances operational effectiveness through process improvement, and mentors staff in financial understanding. Responsibilities include managing the BU Finance function, maintaining a robust internal control environment, and ensuring compliance with ENMAX reporting standards and internal policies. Rose’s educational background includes training in Primavera, contributing to expertise in project and cost management.
