Ennova
Morten Henriksen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Since 2009, Morten has served as the Chief Customer Officer and Partner at Ennova, a leader in conducting advanced surveys in these fields. Prior to this role, Morten was a Partner at Ennova A/S from 2002 to 2008, where leadership of the Copenhagen office was central. Morten's earlier experience includes positions as a part-time external lecturer at Aarhus School of Business, an analyst at Nykredit, and a trainee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Morten also served in the Danish Armed Forces as an Officer of the Reserve from 1992 to 1994. Morten holds an MSc in Management from Aarhus University, completed between 1994 and 2000.
