Luke started their career as a Marketing Analytics/Data Science Intern at Veterans United Home Loans in May 2018, where they worked until August 2019.
In August 2019, they joined the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business Marketing Department as a Marketing Research Assistant.
Luke returned to Veterans United Home Loans in April 2020, this time as a Data Scientist. In this role, they developed prediction models for lead data and implemented an attribution modeling algorithm.
In April 2021, Luke was promoted to Data Science Manager at the same company, where they managed a team of data scientists and software engineers. Luke optimized an $100 million annual budget in Google Ads, achieving a 30% increase in return on ad spend by leveraging expected revenue prediction models and dynamic bidding strategies.
Most recently, in December 2022, Luke joined Enova International as a Lead Data Scientist.
