Iryna Romaniv

Iryna Romaniv joined Enovix in 2021 and serves as the Head of Human Resources (HR). She brings more than 14 years of experience in the technology industry and a successful track record of building HR support from scratch in both regional and global settings. She is currently responsible for all things people and culture at Enovix.

Prior to joining Enovix, Iryna was HR Director, Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Infineon Technologies (formerly Cypress Semiconductor), providing strategic HR support for executives, management and employees across business lines globally. In this role, she was HR lead for multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Infineon/Cypress in the US, Iryna was a site HRBP at Cypress managing the HR function for engineering teams across multiple locations in Europe.

Iryna holds a PhD from Kyiv National University in Ukraine.
