Spencer Burton has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, starting their career as an Executive Director at Golden Acres Living and Rehabilitation. Spencer later served as an Administrator at Pacific Care and Rehabilitation before becoming the President of Pennant Healthcare, Inc. Currently, Spencer holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Ensign Services, where Spencer leads a team of caregivers to innovate and improve healthcare for elderly Americans. Spencer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Weber State University.
