Kristy Browning is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Culture & People Experience Business Partner at Ensono since September 2019, Kristy has previously held significant roles at thyssenkrupp Elevator as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at Dearborn National as a Human Resources Generalist. Kristy's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Labor Relations Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, and various roles at Hallmark Services Corporation, culminating in over eleven years with the company in capacities ranging from HR Coordinator to HR Business Partner. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in HR Training & Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
