Marek Šnapka is an experienced IT professional with expertise in network administration, internal IT support, and system engineering. Currently serving as an internal IT support specialist at enspired since June 2022, Marek previously held the position of IT Network Administrator at Masarykova střední škola zemědělská a VOŠ, Opava, where responsibilities included managing complex network infrastructures, virtual servers, enterprise WiFi systems, and overseeing significant technology upgrades. Marek has also worked as an IT security engineer at Bacher Systems and as a system engineer at Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services, where contributions included L3 support and system migrations. With a solid educational background in Technical and Information Education from Palacký University in Olomouc, Marek has developed a well-rounded skill set in various digital systems and technical support environments.
