Gemma Cahill

Gemma Cahill is an experienced professional in talent development and early careers management, currently serving as Talent Development Manager and Group Early Talent Lead at Enstar Group from October 2023 to March 2025. Previously, Gemma held the position of Group Early Careers Manager at Wates Group from January 2019 to August 2023. Earlier career roles include Head of Early Careers, Talent Development Partner, and Global Employer Brand Manager at Thales from January 2015 to December 2018. Gemma began the career journey as a Recruitment Administrator at Capgemini Consulting in 2010 and as an HR Administrator at Dairy Crest in 2009.
