Phil Wall

Phil Wall is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Development at Transfr since March 2024, leading the Learning & Development department and advising senior executives. Previously, Phil held the role of Global HR Business Partner at Wunderkind, supporting multiple executive leaders across various departments. At Cronos Group, Phil was a trusted advisor to the Global Chief Innovation Officer and played a key role in developing talent strategies for diverse international teams. Phil's background includes experience at Nielsen, Addepar, and a military career in the British Army. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Empire State College.
