Isla Baillie

Isla Baillie currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Enstar Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Isla held multiple senior positions at Sompo International, including EVP Global Head of Talent & Inclusion and SVP of International Human Resources, from November 2014 to June 2024. Isla's career began at Scottish Life as an HR Advisor, followed by roles as HR Manager at Ernst & Young and Management Consultant at Expertise. Isla also served as the European HR Director at Axis Capital from August 2008 to August 2014. Isla holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University.
