Richard Coleman

Richard Coleman is an experienced leadership and training professional with a strong background in nuclear operations and training development. Currently serving as the Leadership Training and Development Lead at Entergy since March 2019, Richard manages leadership training programs aligned with strategic goals and oversees the Project Management training for the entire Nuclear Fleet. Previously, Richard held various senior instructional and managerial roles in the US Navy, where responsibilities included leading reactor laboratories, managing personnel training and qualifications, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Richard's educational credentials include advanced training from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and multiple certifications in reactor operations and instructional methodologies.
