John Arnold

John Arnold has extensive leadership experience in the financial and healthcare sectors, serving in significant roles such as Director and Chair of the Business Risk Committee at Enterprise Financial Services Corporation since May 2015, and as Director and Chair of the Credit Committee at Enterprise Bank & Trust since 2010. Arnold has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at John Henry Foster since 2008 and held various leadership positions, including Director and Chair of the Stewardship and Investment Committees at Mercy Health from 2012 to June 2016, and Board Chair Emeritus at St John's Mercy Healthcare from 1995 to 2012. Additional experiences include serving as Vice-Chairman at Mercantile Bancorporation from 1991 to 2000 and as Deputy Chief Credit Officer at Harris Bank from 1967 to 1991. Academically, John Arnold holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in History and Economics from Dartmouth College.
