J. Ronald Terwilliger

J. Ronald Terwilliger is the Chairman Emeritus at Enterprise Community Partners. J. was previously the Deputy United States Trade Representative and U.S. Ambassador to the WTO from March 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chairman/Vice Chairman/Member of the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission from January 2007 to January 2018.

J. Ronald Terwilliger attended Harvard Law School, Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Harvard University. J. earned their J.D., A.M., and A.B. in government and history, respectively.
