Victoria Rowe Barreca

Victoria Rowe Barreca is an experienced professional in the field of urban planning and affordable housing, currently serving as Director of Capital Solutions & Partnerships at Enterprise Community Partners since March 2015. Prior to this role, Victoria was a Senior Loan Officer at Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc., where responsibilities included structuring and managing complex real estate transactions. Victoria also held the position of Deputy Director at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, overseeing a team focused on affordable housing preservation.
