Sergio Cervantes

Sergio Cervantes, MBA, serves as the Lead Desktop Support Specialist at Enterprise Products since June 2016, providing comprehensive desktop support for the corporate office and remote operations. Prior to this role, Sergio accumulated extensive experience at Halliburton from May 1998 to February 2016, including positions such as IT Business Coordinator, Sr. IT Desktop Analyst, and IT Desktop Analyst, where responsibilities included project coordination, desktop support for executives, troubleshooting, and managing printer services. Sergio holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston.
