Andy Webb

Andy Webb currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Enterprise Alumni, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Andy held the same title at Kudo Insurance from January 2021 to October 2023, contributing to a fintech start-up focused on innovative telematics-driven motor insurance. From August 2015 to December 2019, Andy was the Group Operations Director at Barbon Insurance Group, overseeing customer operations and strategy for the UK's largest Tenant Referencing group. Earlier experience includes the role of Group Managing Director at Independent Group (UK) Ltd, where Andy managed multiple businesses with a combined turnover of £90 million, and a position as Group Chief Operating Officer at Davies Group, responsible for the company's comprehensive insurance claims services. Andy Webb is an alumnus of Bancroft's School.
