Bujar Abdulai

Bujar Abdulai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and support. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Operations and Head of Customer Support at EnterpriseAlumni since January 2024, Bujar has previously worked as a CSS Consultant at Webglobe.cz and as CEO & Co-founder of NETi INC from May 2018 to December 2023. Earlier roles include Head of Product at Neptun Makedonija and various leadership positions at Vip operator, including Marketing Director and Head of Customer Care Department, along with Contact Center Manager. Bujar also held the position of Group Director Customer Service at Telekom Austria Group from April 2013 to May 2015. Academic credentials include education from Rade Jovchevski Korcagin and University 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' in Skopje.
