Stephen Donn has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and Embedded Software Team Lead at Entia since August 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen was with Cubic Transportation Systems from June 2016 to August 2021, where titles included Principal Software Development Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions at Reutech Radar Systems as a Software Developer and at NET1 UEPS Technologies Inc. as an Embedded Developer, where responsibilities ranged from developing smartcard operating systems to creating smartcard applications. Stephen began a career as a Junior Development Engineer focusing on smartcard mask development and briefly worked as a Junior Developer at Saab System Grintek, creating a device driver for an AMOLED screen. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2009.
