Eva Behrens

Eva Behrens is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in policy research and analysis, particularly focused on AI and technology policy. Currently serving as a Polaris Fellow at Entrepreneur First since January 2023, Eva is part of a select program designed for ambitious individuals. Previous experience includes roles as an AI Policy Researcher and Policy Analyst at the Centre for Future Generations from June 2023, as well as a Policy Fellow at the Center for Data Innovation. Eva's early career includes a significant research placement at the OECD, where a project focused on fiscal frameworks in relation to Finland's green transition was undertaken. Additional experience includes internships at BDI, ANDRITZ, and Training for Good, where Eva contributed to policy papers, organized conferences, and conducted extensive research on international markets and procurement. Eva holds a Master's in Innovation, Public Policy, and Public Value from UCL and has academic credentials from prestigious institutions, including Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Peking University.
