Brett Cerrati

Brett Cerrati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at EBI Consulting since January 2018, Brett has progressed through various roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the company's mission of providing environmental risk and compliance management services. Previously, Brett worked as a Talent Representative at Kforce Inc, specializing in the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals in the Greater Boston Area. Prior to that, Brett held the position of Athletic Director at the Whitin Community Center, overseeing camp programs and budget management, and began a career as a Claims Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Art History from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Siena College.
