Judith Earl-Goulet

General Manager Catchment Implementation at Environment Canterbury

Judith Earl-Goulet has extensive experience in environmental management and leadership roles, currently serving as the General Manager of Catchment Implementation and previously as General Manager of Regulatory Services at Environment Canterbury since January 2006. Judith has held multiple managerial positions, including Operations Manager in Timaru and Manager of Zone Delivery, while leading the formation of a new section focused on innovative work programs and partnership approaches. Prior academic roles include part-time lecturer and tutor at Auckland University of Technology and Southern Institute of Technology, specializing in environmental management topics. Judith holds a Master of Science in Geomorphology from York University and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physical Geography from the University of Otago. A Doctor of Philosophy in Coastal Geomorphology was not completed at the University of Guelph.
