Courtney Muller

Courtney Muller, PCC, PHR, currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Envision Horizons, a leading eCommerce agency, since May 2025. Previously, Courtney held the position of VP of People at SVT Robotics, where important people strategies and performance review processes were implemented. As HR Director at SEI Novus, Courtney managed People Ops and integration efforts post-acquisition. Courtney's career began at Novus Partners, where significant growth was achieved over 15 years, culminating in a successful acquisition by SEI. Additional experiences include roles as VP of Human Resources at Atom and various talent management positions, demonstrating a robust focus on people strategy and organizational development throughout a diverse career in multiple sectors, including fintech and retail. Courtney holds a BA in English from Drew University and is a certified professional coach through iPEC Coaching.
