Violetta Bazyluk has extensive experience in Human Resources and Benefits management. Violetta worked as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Enviva, Head of Benefits at rand* construction corporation, HR and Benefits Manager at SC3, Compensation Consultant at XO Communications, Benefits Coordinator at MJHS, and HR Assistant at Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing benefits programs, managing HR departments, implementing process improvements, and handling all aspects of benefit plan administration.
Violetta Bazyluk has an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Baruch College. Violetta is currently working towards obtaining certifications as a Certified Benefits Professional and Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work.
