Envoy Air
Jim Tipton, CSM, serves as the Manager of HRIS and Employee Services at Envoy Air since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at American Airlines from September 1997 to June 2020, including Senior Information Technology Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating the IT Security team and managing SuccessFactors user access, and Senior Business Technology Analyst, with a focus on SAP Reporting. Earlier career experiences include training roles at Sprint and American Airlines in emergency procedures and flight attendant training, as well as serving as a flight attendant at Texas International Airlines. Jim earned a BSBA in Management from the University of Florida in 1981.

Envoy Air Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, and provides regional flight service to American Airlines under the American Eagle brand and ground handling services for many American Airlines Group flights.
